The landscape oasis you designed for us gives our backyard a huge 'wow' factor and always elicits a 'I LOVE this' whenever we entertain. As the plantings grow in and as the seasons pass, there is always something interesting going on in our garden. Andy was happy with how you tweaked the design to fit our budget and I appreciate how you incorporated the plantings I had on my 'must have' list.

Jason Hanna designed the landscaping for my backyard in Bedford several months ago. The project was challenging because we have two large dogs and no real clear idea of exactly what we wanted. Jason presented a plan that was perfect for our needs. The dogs have a place to play, and we no longer have mud being tracked in from the yard due to the incorporation of crushed stone into the design. Everything blossomed in progression, so we had a variety of colors throughout the entire season. The landscape lighting he incorporated into the design was something we had not thought of, but has turned out to be our favorite detail. I highly recommend Jason for his skills as a landscape designer.

With a number of landscapers telling me how construction would proceed and what my fence would look like, I was pretty tired of the process. However, Jason Hanna came on-site and proved his knowledge of the random foliage in my front and back yards, as well as, listened to what I wished to have done with a new fence that I wanted to have installed. He was timely to get the project started and promptly returned any calls made to him with questions; and trust me, I had plenty because I like to be informed of all the 'little' things, which, Jason was very kind to put up with me and my micromanagement. And when I wasn't happy with a particular section of fencing because of the natural grading of my back yard, he worked with me and put together a 'demo model' of a section of fence to show me what it could look like if they took a different route. Needless to say, within two weeks, I had a fence that the neighbors are still complimenting to this day. Thanks Jason!

I worked with Jason personally over a 2 month period this past summer (2008) to design and implement a landscape project at my home in MacGregor Downs subdivision. The scope of my project was large (for me!) and I found Jason to be an excellent designer - with great attention to detail and excellent design input. It has been 6 months since he designed and implemented my project and I continue to be thrilled with the outcome - and would highly recommend Jason for landscape design services.
My project included multiple aspects of design features that had to be incorporated into an overall plan including: reshaping the contour of my property, installing multiple drainage pipes for runoff, installing a sprinkler system, designing five stacked stone walls and several stone beds including a fake riverbed for runoff, placement and planting of over 60 bushes, trees and plants, transplanting 3 large bushes and one tree, adding topsoil and sodding the entire yard, mulching the beds and installing landscape lighting. Massive project for a homeowner! Easy to comprehend and plan with Jason's help!
I was very comfortable working with Jason to accomplish the design for my project. His suggestions and design ideas were well-suited to my property - and he was receptive to minor changes that I wanted to implement. Jason had great insight into plant and bush selection and placement that gave me options to personalize the design for my tastes - with a full understanding of the mature look I could expect. Most importantly, Jason's overall blueprint gave my finished landscaping the unified look that I wanted.
